Mr Teerapol Chotichanapibal, THAI's Vice President for Commercial Development and Support department said, 'THAI is continually improving serves for maximum customer satisfaction. The service is an alternative to the regular menu and is designed to conveniently facilitate customer lifestyle.'
In addition to the regularly served menu, Royal First Class passengers may select from 22 special choices through THAI's website, under the catergory of THAI Services and by clicking Royal First pre-order meal service. As a Royal First Class passenger you are now able to input your six (6) - digit confirmation/booking code and surname and follow the instructions to view the special menu with photos and descriptions of meals. Passengers speaking to a local THAI Reservations office may also advise of their meal selection over the phone or at a local THAI Ticket Office.
The menu choices listed on the website are a result of surveys conducted on the routes operated in order to introduce a wide selection prepared by THAI's masterchefs.
THAI's Royal First pre-order meal service has been developed to enhance customer convenience in Royal First Class and offer a greater selection of choice.
